Shipping

We use Advanced Freight for the North Island and Bascik Transport for the South Island. We aim to get the goods out of the store 24 hours after we have received payment.

Pick up is more than welcome.

During public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays, nothing will be shipped. You will have to wait till the next available working day.

Change of mind

Goods are not returnable simply because you changed your mind.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect items

We aim for 100% customer satisfaction. If an item arrives damaged, defective, not fit for purpose, or not as ordered, we will repair, replace, or exchange the item where possible.
If the item cannot be replaced, we will offer a refund.

Return window

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery to request a return for an eligible fault/issue.

Return shipping costs

It is the customer’s responsibility to return goods.
If the return is approved as a warranty / faulty / incorrect item issue, we will refund reasonable return freight costs once we receive and assess the goods.

Refund processing time

If a refund is approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item, and are returned to the original payment method.
